The blonde sighed a bit relieved to be back to the place she called home. Being the only Hufflepuff in her family, always made her stand out especially when she introduced herself as a Malfoy. As she walked out toward the lake, she never let the smile slide of her rosy red lips.
Reaching the lake she stood for a moment by the edge, taking in the entire view with her baby blue eyes. Unlike the rest of the family heres were a baby blue, rather then icy. Taking a seat on the ground, in her denim skirt, and cotton shirt she sighed once more.
She brought her knees to her chest and starred off into the horizon, letting her blonde curls blow in many different directions. She was so out of it today, that the footsteps that gradually got closer to her, weren't even registering in her head.

Jesse was feeling very suicidal today.
After making out with a vampire and almost shredding his face to pieces, he walked causally out to the lake as if today was just like any other day.
It bothered him that people usually just said five or six words to him and then glanced into his lily pad looking green eyes, and went all googly.
And very googly himself after taking one look at the gorgeous blonde sitting by herself, he tripped over a monster of a root and tumbled down a hill, only to meet the girl at the bottom of it.

Kaitlyn's dazzling blue eyes, swiftly left the horizon, and turned toward the crash that she had heard coming toward her. Her eyes grew wide as she saw a boy.
Her mouth somewhat hung open as she offered a small grin to the boy who sat roughly a few feet away. She was going to stand up and walk over to him, since it was the 'Hufflepuff' way, but the fall made the distance quite small.
Facing him she spoke up, "Wow, that was quite a fall, are you okay?" she asked, her full attention on the older boy. Her blue eyes drifted to the top of the hill that her was recently sitting on. Rolling her baby blue eyes back to him she waited, showing concern on her face.

He laughed a bit and then looked at her. "Things have been worse." The fall had ripped up his robes a bit and he felt kinda dizzy.
Obviously the blonde was very concerned about Jesse's health.
It was a hufflepuff thing he figured and just ignored it. He need to make a witty reply which would spark her interest of his very sharp choice of words.
Sadly, the fall had shaken his head up a bit and it was very hard for him not to say something very stupid. After all of the past four minutes thinking, he got up, sat next to her and smiled.
"Forgive me if I ramble."

Kait rolled her eyes as she listened to him, letting out a small giggle. "Yeah I'm sure there is a lot worse then rolling down a hill" she said letting her gaze move off the Slytherin and onto the horizon once again.
She being a Malfoy, had a few choices she would make in the near future, hopefully she wouldn't disgrace the family name once again. Smiling faintly she remembered telling her mother that she was in Hufflepuff, and she never really talked to her daughter since.
Looking back at the older boy she let her smile expand. "Hmm.. rambling sounds like you do it a lot" she said sarcasm stinging her words. "I'm Kaitlyn Malfoy." she said extending her hand toward the boy beside her.

"Ouch." He said cringing his face a little and then shook her hand.
"Have you noticed there aren't any people around?" This always bothered him when he walked around the caslte. It was as if nobody went to school there.
Creepy.

Kaitlyn nodded as she shook his hand. Dropping it after she introduced herself she let her gaze find its way back to the water.
"Yeah, its' a bit weird that there is nobody around, like ever" she said with a smile and the shrug of her shoulders. "But I guess we will get used to it" she said finally.
Letting her gaze meet that of the boy beside her she grinned, "So since I'm probably the youngest one around this school, what's there really to do here?" she asked a grin on her face as she laid back on the grass, placing her hands behind her head.

"Well.."He said slowly, scooting over a little closer to her, lying down and placing his hands behind his head.
"If you're into the whole outdoor nature thing," He paused for a second, grabbed a stone that was nearby him and raised it up, causing the stone to gleam in the sunlight.
"Theres always the skipping stones game, thing."

Dani's baby blue eyes looked toward the rock that was now glistening in the sunlight. Nodding slightly she looked toward him, and her cheeks flushed with pink.
"Actually, "I've never skipped a rock before" she said with the shrug of her shoulder. "I mean I've thrown them but they've never skipped" she said let her gaze look away from him, no one had taught her, so she just never got the hang of it.
Taking a deep breath she looked back to him and raised an eyebrow, "Stupid right?"

"Not exactly." He said slyly and leaned in closer for the kiss but then bit his lip and eased himself a bit farther away.
He gave her a warm smile and reached for her hand slowly and opening it softly, placing the stone, and then closing it.
"I could teach you." He said almost whispering, still holding her hand.

Kaitlyn saw him lean in and then pull away hesitantly and she too bit her bottom lip. She shook it off and then she felt her hand being grabbed. Hearing the whisper sent chills down her spine.
As she held the rock in the palm of her hand, his hand still with hers, she let the Malfoy grin take over, letting her baby blue eyes fill with curiosity. "Well I'd love to learn" she said softly, a little above a whisper as her eyes moved up to his gaze slowly.

He looked into her gorgeous blue eyes for a second and then leaned in for the kiss. His lips touched hers softly and slowly, as he rubbed her hand as he held it.
This was the thing that jesse had been looking for.
It was about time.

Kaitlyn felt his lips on hers and to her surprise she found herself kissing back. As he rubbed her hand she couldn't help but smile into the kiss. She had been at Hogwarts for three years, and this was by far going to be one of the best.
Pulling away gently she looked up at him, and offered a small smile, "Wow" she said softly her eyes never leaving his.

"Welcome to hogwarts." He said smiling and raised her hand, kissing it, his eyes never leaving hers.
He waited for her to say something, maybe he came off too strong. She was a bit younger than him, but she was too beautiful to just let go. He kissed her hand again and then smiled, "So do you want to learn how to skip some stones?"

Kaitlyn's baby blue eyes stayed on him a small smile on her lips. A a small giggle rolled of her tongue as his lips brushed against her skin. "Quite a welcoming" she said slowly as she watched him.
As she kissed her hand once more she let her smile grow wider. She let her eyes land to the ground as she thought. Sure he was older, but then again she was a Malfoy and he was a Slytherin. And with a school full of nobody, why not take a chance. "If your willing to teach me" she said her eyes making their way up to his once more.
